3 is the magic number
If you are lucky enough to find yourself in the fair city of Manchester tonight you are in for a treat as there is not only one show opening tonight but three.
Starting at the prestigious Manchester Art Gallery is the exhibition of sound sculpture created by Venice Biennale and Northern Art Prize winner Haroon Mirza’s ‘A Sleek Dry Yell’ which will certainly be a fantastic spectacle in such gorgeous surroundings.
Next up is a showing of some of Manchester’s greatest new Artists in Lindsey Bull, Aliyah Hussain and Madeline Hall under curation of Laura Mansfield who has devised a free standing structure for the group exhibition of the Artists’ work in the wonderfully Spartan surroundings of Three Piccadilly Place.
Last but certainly not least is the opening of ‘From Pet Shops to Porn’ the first in a series of shows changing every quarter curated by the excellent Owt Creative at the newly opened Art space ‘Vault’ at 8 Dorsey street just off the infamous Tib Street which is where the show takes it’s name from.
