We Occupy is firmly committed to respecting your privacy. We will never share any of your details with any third party. If you are on our mailing list you will only receive emails from us about new editions or offers, and you can remove yourself at any time from our mailing list by clicking the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of our newsletters.
The images of the Artwork on the Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have tried to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Artwork and we are not liable for any such non-conformity.
We produce high-quality, limited, open and signed editions, using a combination of modern and traditional printing techniques, including Giclee, Screenprints and Risographs; Print sizes, specifications and materials vary, so please check individual products for information before purchasing.
Payment for the full price, plus applicable delivery charges will be taken from your credit or debit card and cleared before we dispatch the Artwork to you. We, or carefully selected third parties on our behalf, will carry out checks and/or authorisations on with your card issues for security reasons and we may contact you if any problems arise.
The Website contains a large number of Artworks and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Artwork displayed on our online gallery or store may be incorrectly priced. If an Artwork's correct price is higher than the price stated on the Website, we do not have to provide the Artwork to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
We are a small team and endeavour to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; Once dispatched, we will send you an email to confirm it’s in transit
For deliveries within the UK: Please allow 3-5 working days from the postage confirmation date. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days please contact us.
For deliveries to Europe: Please allow up to 7-12 working days (depending on the destination), from the postage confirmation date. If your order has not arrived after 15 working days please contact us.
For deliveries to US/Canada: Please allow up to 10-20 working days from the postage confirmation date. If your order has not arrived after 23 working days please contact us.
For deliveries to the rest of world: Please allow up to 20-30 working days (depending on the destination), from the postage confirmation date. if your order has not arrived after 33 working days please contact us.
Any delivery timescales quoted above are indicative only and we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by third parties. If you have chosen a tracked method of postage and want to track your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We Occupy is ‘not’ responsible for international duties or taxes, all international duties and taxes in relationship to your order are the responsibility of the purchaser.
In some cases where items may require signing/numbering, delivery may take longer than usual; in this case we will advise on a delivery date. If you have any concerns or queries regarding shipment, please do not hesitate to contact email@example.com for more information.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you may return it to us within 7 working days, in its original condition/packaging for a refund or a replacement. To do so, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with a returns address.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense and we recommend registered post, as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will only be refunded if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
In the event of goods arriving damaged, please notify us immediately, making sure you retain the product and packing and we will advise on the appropriate course of action. Royal Mail will be responsible for addressing and compensating the damage claim.
